The Thermojet Infrared Body Wrap Session
Before You Begin The Infrared Body Wrap Session
Before your Thermojet Plus session you will need to arrive in comfortable clothing such as sweat pants, running pants, and a long sleeve shirt.
Remove all makeup and jewelry. Bring a bottle of water, a book or magazine and even your favorite music on CD or MP3 player.
To begin your session you start by lying on a comfortable table. The Thermojet Plus machine is started to begin the 5 minute warm-up of the pads.
While the pads are heating up, you can apply your favorite gels or lotions on your specific problem areas. (Ask Judy what type of gels or lotions are safe to use with the Thermojet plus machine) After applying your gels, you can then wrap yourself with a osmotic film. (Osmotic film is preferred, but not required)
Starting Your Infrared Body Wrap Session
When ready to start your session the body wrap technician will begin to wrap the silicone pads around the thighs, hips, abdomen, and arms. The pads are then fastened in place using the Velcro fasteners that come with the machine.
The infrared filaments ensure you will be bathed evenly with comfortable and relaxing heat. You will be covered with a blanket to keep the heat in and can now relax and enjoy the warmth for the duration of the 40 minute session. The body wrap technician will check in on you every 15 minutes to make sure you are comfortable.
Completing Your Infrared Body Wrap Session
When you have completed your session, you will be unwrapped. Get up slowly and drink plenty of water throughout the day.
